On May 17 I'll be heading out early from Marymoor Park to strike a blow for one of the most difficult diseases faced by Americans: diabetes.
Diabetes is the fifth leading cause of death by disease in the U.S. It is a chronic disease that has no cure, and is fast becoming a health epidemic in the U.S.
